Morgan Fairchild was born Patsy Anne McClenny, February 3, 1950. She is an American Actress. The actress became popular in the 1970s-80s for her role as an actress on television series. Her glamorous appearance was frequently the main focus on these shows. Fairchild began her career on the show Search for Tomorrow on CBS in the role of Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. The first actress to portray Jenna Wade, she made her first appearance on the CBS soap opera for daytime Dallas in the year 1978. The following year, she was offered her first leading part in The NBC drama Flamingo Road (1980), which earned her an Golden Globe Award as Best Actress in a Television Series - for that series. The show was a short run on ABC's show on primetime Paper Dolls and also on the NBC soap opera Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild is also an actor in theater and played guest roles in TV comedies, such as Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in the field of Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends. She serves as a board member of SAG-AFTRA.
